Community of digital curators
The DCC has devised a series of community development initiatives to help create a self-sustaining network of data practitioners.
This close-knit community of digital curators will provide channels for you to share and exchange best practice – and to pool research data – all the while attracting new members and growing in size and reach.
Community development initiatives run by the DCC include our annual conference, an event that attracts hundreds of delegates from around the world, our highly interactive Research Data Management Forum, and an opportunity of becoming a member of the DCC Associates Network, to name a few.
In addition, between Summer 2011 and Spring 2012, we have been funded by the Higher Education Funding Council (HEFCE) to work closely with 18 Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) providing a range of support and services as part of the Institutional Engagement programme.
