Digital Health: Strategy 2018

3 December 2015
Royal Society Edinburgh, Edinburgh

Digital Health has established a reputation for providing cutting edge insight into the digital health market, accurately predicting its dynamics in recent years, often going against popular opinion.

Following on from the release of their first insight report “A strategic review in digital health” in January 2014, they are now looking forward across the next 3 years. As indicated in the insight report “Evolution & opportunity in consumer digital health” (July 15), the market is at a critical juncture and we will see rapid growth in some aspects of digital health through to 2018.

Digital Health will publish a refresh of this strategic overview at the end of 2015. In order to provide the best possible understanding of the likely trajectory of digital health across the next three years, this one day seminar will provide a rounded and informed picture of the likely developments in digital health over the next three years.

The morning session involves Harpreet Sood from the Chief Executive Office at NHS England, the head of eHealth in the Scottish Government Eddie Turnball and two industry leaders in John Crawford from IBM and Alexis Normand from Withings. These speakers will inform the panel discussions and will be available during breaks and lunch.
