DRAMBORA Auditors' Training: Prague 2008

Based on practical research and developed jointly by the DigitalPreservationEurope and Digital Curation Centre, DRAMBORA (Digital Repository Audit Method Based on Risk Assessment) provides a methodology for self-assessment of digital preservation repositories. The toolkit, now available as an interactive online audit tool, has been evaluated and applied across a diverse range of organisations, such as national libraries, scientific data centres and archives. This course is aimed at practitioners actively involved in funding, supporting, developing, implementing, and/or managing digital preservation repositories and interested in the assessment of digital repositories. The course will also be of value to auditors and risk managers from archives, libraries and museums sector, as well as other institutions such as data archives, government departments, legal and commercial sectors.
