We celebrated the milestone of our passage from setup phase to operational status with a formal launch that gathered together supporters and experts from across the UK and beyond.
The opening ceremony took place on the morning of 5th November 2004 at the National e-Science Centre [external]. This was followed by talks, poster sessions, and demonstrations. An afternoon research colloquium further explored the Centre's strategic direction with discussions between DCC staff and a panel of experts. Visit the following links for further information:
