Description

ISO/TR 12654 is a technical document which recommends methods for establishing capture and storage procedures for images of electronic documents in a way which ensures both preservation and maintenance of integrity. The report applies to optical media which can be written once and read many times (WORM) such as CD-ROMs. It is not applicable to media which enables erasure or alteration after capture.
