Please register by:

  • 21st of January 2019 - final deadline for all, for both Conference and Workshops

Please note that all presenters need to register to attend the conference. 

Fees

There are several options on the menu.

In 2019, we will be hosting our first IDCC unconference, which can be booked independently from the main conference.

As usual, we are holding a programme of workshops, which can also be booked separately. Workshop registration will open shortly.

Student places

There are 10 student places available, supported by Springer Nature. To register as a student, please email info@dcc.ac.uk a document from your institution verifying your student status prior to registering. Student places work on a first come, first served basis.  

Register for IDCC 2019

Registration is carried out via the University of Edinburgh's online payment system, which is called ePay.

The registration is a two step process, where you first register for an ePay account, then complete registration for the conference. If you have attended a DCC event before, you may already have an account on the ePay system, please double-check. Note that ePay is different from PayPal. Delegates often confuse the two.

Hints and tips

You can register up to 5 delegates in one transaction by using the 'add delegate' button. You can do this after you've added IDCC to your basket but before the checkout process.

Please take care to click through all the 'Delivery & Payment' and 'Review & complete' screens until you see the confirmation that your order is complete. If you leave the ePay page before completing your registration you will need to start over.

Paying by invoice

It is possible to pay by invoice but note that a £30 administration charge applies. To save on charges, you can include up to 5 delegates in one invoice.

Register for the Workshops

IDCC19 workshops will take place on Monday 4 February 2019, which can be booked independently. You do not have to attend the conference in order to register for the workshops.
