JISC Managing Research Data Programme International Workshop

This workshop will be for All JISC Managing Research Data Programme Projects as well as invited stakeholders. Workshop participants will analyse and evaluate the outputs and progress of the JISCMRD Programme. Workshop sessions will consider the guidance material, model data management plans, case studies and working infrastructure produced by the projects – where demos are appropriate they will be encouraged. Other projects will present progress in methods of citing and linking data, models of data publication and training materials. The workshop will be both informative and discursive. Participants will be invited to discuss the HE sector’s requirements for managing research data, identify gaps and priorities and contribute to shaping the strategic direction of the programme. The international dimension will allow sharing of approaches and models to policy, strategy and implementation.
