Standard Fee
The standard conference registration fee will cover attendance on Tuesday 20 and Wednesday 21 February, as well as the Pre-Conference Drinks Reception on the evening of Monday 19 February at the Dome, NH Collection Barcelona Tower.
Dinner Included
The conference Dinner will take place on 20 February 2018 at Aguelo 013. As the available places are limited, we ask that you book the 'Dinner Included' category if you plan to attend. Please note that registration for the conference dinner will work on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note that we cannot guarantee that we will be able to accommodate you if you choose not to book in advance.

Pre-agreed student fee
We are delighted to offer 10 student places at a reduced fee £150 with the help of Springer-Nature. As always student places fill up very quickly, and work on a first-come, first-served basis. If you would like to register as a student please contact info@dcc.ac.uk
How to register for the conference
Register online
To book a place at the conference you will have to use the ePay system.
You will first have to register for an ePay account then complete registration for the conference. Those who have attended DCC events before may already have an account on the ePay system; please make sure to double-check.
Please note that the booking system allows 5 delegates to register in one transaction by using the 'add delegate' button after adding an item to your basket, but before the checkout process.
Please take care to click through all the 'Delivery & Payment' and 'Review & complete' screens until you see the confirmation that your order is complete. If you leave the ePay page before completing your registration you might need to start over. A step by step guide to using the ePay system is available.
Paying by invoice
If you would like to pay on receipt of an invoice please contact info@dcc.ac.uk. Please note that a £30 administration charge applies.
Multiple delegates from the same organisation wishing to pay via invoice (up to a maximum of 5) should register in one transaction if they wish to avoid being charged separate admin fees.
Workshop registration
IDCC is supplemented by a programme of workshops, which can be booked independently. You do not have to attend the conference in order to register for the workshops. Registration is also via the ePay system. For the workshop programme please visit /events/idcc18/workshops .
