Repository Fringe 2018

We are pleased to announce that Repository Fringe 2018 will take place on Monday 2 & Tuesday 3 July at the Royal Society of Edinburgh.

Repo Fringe is a conference for repository managers and others interested in research data and publication repositories to come together to discuss emerging issues and the latest policy and technological advances. Participation is a key element - the event is designed to encourage all attendees to share their repository experiences and expertise.

Join us in celebrating the achievements that have been made over the last decade as we progress to an open world of scholarship – open access, open repositories, open data, open educational resources, open science. 

If you have any ideas/themes/subjects/projects that you would like to see discussed, send us your thoughts at repofringe@gmail.com and we will try and build these into the programme.

How to register for the conference

The fee this year is £40. To book a place at the conference you will have to use the ePay system. You will first have to register for an ePay account, then complete registration for the conference. Those who have attended DCC events before may already have an account on the ePay system, please double-check.

Please note that the booking system allows 5 delegates to register in one transaction by using the 'add delegate' button after adding an item to your basket, but before the checkout process.

Please take care to click through all the 'Delivery & Payment' and 'Review & complete' screens until you see the confirmation that your order is complete. If you leave the ePay page before completing your registration you might need to start over.
