Objectives

The Association for Computational Linguistics (ACL) is an international scientific and professional society for people working on problems involving natural language and computation.

Areas of Activity

Research on computational linguistics and natural language processing, including publication of the journal Computational Linguistics , an annual meeting, sponsorship of conferences, a number of Special Interest Groups and Chapters covering both North America and Europe.

Membership is through annual subscription.
