The DLM Forum is a community of European organisations and individuals interested in information lifecycle management. It sets standards, and issues guidelines, for electronic information management and archiving.

Areas of Activity

The DLM Forum’s main activity is operation of the MoReq Governance Board which certifies electronic records management activities against the MoReq standard. Other activities planned include:

  • European guidance on electronic records management
  • Evaluation of records management and archives software solutions
  • Consideration of ingest activities
  • Development of cost benefit analyses, case studies and solutions for Electronic Records Management.
  • Membership

    Membership of the DLM Forum is open to organisations and individuals interested in archives, information and records management. Personal membership is not available to those employed by organisations eligible for organisational membership.
