$5000 Prize for Inaugural eResearch Visualization Challenge

The eResearch Australasia conference is pleased to announce the inaugural eResearch Visualization Challenge. The challenge invites researchers, students, practitioners, and educators from diverse disciplines to submit visualizations on a given theme; this year the theme is financial markets. How would you display a visualization of activity patterns in the financial markets? A prize of A$5,000 sponsored by SIRCA will be awarded for the winning entry. Entries close 6 October 2009.
