We have a great job opening at the DCC to join the DMPonline team. We're looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to lead on customer liaison and outreach. You'll join a team of developers and support staff who collaborate to deliver the tool for the UK higher education sector, as well as an increasing number of overseas customers.
Your primary role will be to develop marketing, communication and liaison activities to build the growth of users. You'll also be part of the core service delivery team, contributing to helpdesk activities, testing, training and user group liaison. Strong communication skills and an ability to build rapport with a range of stakeholders including senior managers, RDM support teams, researchers, funders and other service providers is key.
The DCC is a flexible employer which welcomes creativity from its staff. You'll be expected to plan your own work and should show initiative in spotting opportunities and collaborating with the team to develep these. Willingness to travel within the UK and internationally is essential to meet with users and represent the team at conferences.
