DCC Speakers at MPG e-Science Seminar 2008 Workshop

Our very own Michael Day and Liz Lyon are giving presentations at this Aspekte der Langzeit-Archivierung (Aspects of Long-term Archiving) workshop on 19-20 June 2008 in Göttingen, Germany. Michael's presentation is called "Metadata for digital Long Term Preservation" and the working title for Liz's presentation is "Dealing with Data: One Year On". It is a year since the publication of the Dealing with Data Report, and Liz Lyon will bring things up-to-date with a brief look at the changing landscape, review UK progress on data issues but also consider some new challenges and opportunities in this area.
