Jewell Inaugural Recipient of Coutts Award for Innovation in Electronic Resources Management

The Collection Management and Development Section (CMDS) of the Association for Library Collections & Technical Services (ALCTS) is pleased to announce Tim Jewell, director, information resources, collections, and scholarly communication at the University of Washington, Seattle, Washington, as the winner of the first annual Coutts Award for Innovation in Electronic Resources Management.
