July Issue of Ariadne Now Available

Issue 48 (July 2006) of Ariadne, a web magazine for information professionals in archives, libraries and museums in all sectors, is now available. Articles include "UK Digital Preservation Needs Assessment: Where We Go From Here" by Najla Semple and Maggie Jones, a report by Dave Thompson on the "E-mail Curation: Practical Approaches for Long-term Preservation" workshop we held in Newcastle (April 2006), a report by the DCC's very own Maureen Pennock and Manjula Patel who attended the "Digital Preservation Coalition Forum on Web Archiving" event held in London (June 2006), and a report by Najla Semple and the DCC's very own Robin Rice on the JISC/CNI conference "Envisioning future challenges in networked information" held in York (July 2006).
