The IFLA/OCLC Early Career Development Fellowship Program - jointly sponsored by the International Federation of Library Associations and Institutions (IFLA), OCLC Online Computer Library Center and the American Theological Library Association (ATLA) - provides early career development and continuing education for library and information science professionals from countries with developing economies.
