Today (Wednesday 26 April) is World Intellectual Property Day — an annual event organised by the Geneva-based World Intellectual Property Organisation (WIPO) [external]. Intellectual property is an area of law that is extremely relevant to digital curation, and an awareness of its implications is an important factor in the curation process.
