Training for Audiovisual Preservation in Europe (TAPE) [external] has published an article titled "The Digital Black Hole" by Jonas Palm, Head of the Preservation Department at the National Archives of Sweden, which presents an analysis of costs for digitizing and long-term storage at the Riksarkivet (National Archives, RA) in Stockholm, Sweden.
