Jorum Training and Outreach Tour 2006

Joy Davidson | 15 May 2006

The purpose of the Jorum Training and Outreach tour is to train and provide support materials for intermediaries related to the Jorum service. The events are geared towards staff from the following areas:

Potential and existing Jorum Site Reps
Learning resource, online services or e-learning staff
Librarians involved in electronic resources
Staff involved in disseminating service information to teaching and support staff
Individuals interested in contributing learning and teaching resources

If you fall into any of those categories, come along. It is intended that delegates will be able to promote Jorum within their own institution after an event.

Registration is free and each event will last approximately half a day, beginning at 10am. For more information about the sessions take a look at the agenda.

If you can’t make the Birkbeck date there will be a total of 12 sessions around the UK.

In the meantime there are a range of guides and factsheets available for both users and contributors to Jorum at http://www.jorum.ac.uk/getstarted/index.html
