IMLS Study on the Use of Technology in Museums and Libraries

As part of the Institute of Museum and Library Service's (IMLS) mandate to analyse needs and trends of museum and library services, they recently published the results of a second survey (conducted in 2004) on the use of technology and digitisation in the nation's libraries and museums.
