HATII and DCC Guest Lecture: Building the Archives of the Future

Dr Kenneth Thibodeau, Director, Electronic Records Archives Program, National Archives and Records Administration (US) presented a lecture on Building the Archives of the Future at this Humanities Advanced Technology and Information Institute (HATII) [external] and DCC sponsored event. Dr Kenneth Thibodeau talked about the National Archives and Records Administration $308 million project in the US to build a permanent archives system to preserve, manage, and make accessible the electronic records created by the federal government.
