In November 2015, the School of Information and Library Science and the Odum Institute for Research in Social Science at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill will co-present the 12th International Conference on Digital Preservation. This premier event brings together key theorists, researchers and practitioners to explore the latest trends, innovations, policies and practices in digital preservation. iPRES2015 draws participants from around the world and from leading institutions, projects and initiatives currently working in this domain.
The International Conference on Electronic Publishing (Elpub) approaches its 20th anniversary. Elpub 2015 is the 19th edition of the conference and it will continue the tradition, bringing together academics, publishers, lecturers, librarians, developers, entrepreneurs, users and all other stakeholders interested in issues regarding electronic publishing in widely differing contexts. These include the human, cultural, economic, social, technological, legal, commercial and other relevant aspects that such an exciting theme encompasses.
The seventh RDMF workshop took place at the University of Warwick on 2nd and 3rd November 2011.
The theme for the workshop was Incentivising Data Management & Sharing. Presentations and discussions addressed a vibrant range of questions including
