The International Journal of Digital Curation, Volume 9, Issue 1 is now available. It contains 5 peer-reviewed papers and 16 general articles based on papers presented at the 9th International Digital Curation Conference in February 2014. There are also one new peer-reviewed paper and two new general articles.
The new contributions focus on disciplinary data, with one looking at suitable controlled vocabularies and the others at building specialist digital collections.

Several of the papers deal with the motivation for and practicalities of data sharing. Issues covered include data publication processes, links between resources, making data discoverable and keeping it confidential. The role that data sharing plays in detering fraud is also discussed.
The International Journal of Digital Curation, Volume 7, Issue 2 is now available. It contains a selection of papers and articles drawn from the 2011 International Digital Curation Conference, plus two new papers.
The International Journal of Digital Curation, volume 7, issue 1 is now available. The fifteen papers published within once again cover a wide range of topics, from a review of the changing data policies of research funding bodies to an account of setting up an institutional data repository. File formats continue to present challenges: one paper describes a difficult experience with handling XML schemas, while others propose approaches for assessing the risks of format migration and choosing appropriate strategies.
The International Journal of Digital Curation Volume 6, Issue 2 is now available. Its eighteen papers cover a wide variety of topics, from educating the next generation of digital curators to improving current practice with new technologies and methods. The papers that take a disciplinary perspective this issue explore the challenges of curating telehealth monitoring data, video games and virtual worlds.
The International Journal of Digital Curation Volume 6, Issue 1 is now available. It contains 16 peer-reviewed papers and 5 general articles, drawn from among those presented at the 6th International Digital Curation Conference (IDCC) and both the 2009 and 2010 International Conferences on Preservation of Digital Objects (iPres). As the Chief Editor Kevin Ashley remarks in the Editorial, their subject matter demonstrates how digital curation is rapidly maturing as a field.
