In partnership with the National e-Science Centre [external] and supported by the Coalition for Networked Information (CNI) [external] we held our 4th International Digital Curation Conference on the theme "Radical Sharing: Transforming Science?," which comprised a mix of peer-reviewed papers, invited presentations and international keynote speakers.

With a particular focus on Digital Data Curation in Practice this conference addressed different aspects of the curation lifecycle including managing repositories, educating data scientists and understanding the role of policy and strategy.

We are pleased to announce that Repository Fringe 2018 will take place on Monday 2 & Tuesday 3 July at the Royal Society of Edinburgh.
Repo Fringe is a conference for repository managers and others interested in research data and publication repositories to come together to discuss emerging issues and the latest policy and technological advances. Participation is a key element - the event is designed to encourage all attendees to share their repository experiences and expertise.
